Sandiford, Goodbread - 1875.
Business: Bed & Breakfast

Original owner is unknown, but in  1884 Ralph B. Sandiford bought the house. In 1901, Walter Goodbread (Captain of  the Hildgegarde) bought the home and added onto it. In the 1940 Charlie Smith, Sr. converted the old home into apartments. Later in 1960s, Eva and Dennis Dixon bought the house and turned it into a boarding house. Finally, in the 1980s the  late Dan and Julie Proctor converted it back into a single family home. Current  owners are Jackie and Don Geismar who not only live in the home but have turned it into a bed and breakfast and made it open to the public!
